Personal Training Sessions

 

Personal training sessions are available in the gym, your own home and outdoors.

 

The way I work & what to expect-

        Achieving great results in health and fitness does not happen by accident, it takes careful planning, dedication and plenty of hard (and efficiently directed) work. My goals are simple - to get you the results you want and help you surpass your expectations of what you thought you could achieve.

        I am not in love with any one method of training. Nor am I a believer that what works for one person will work for everyone and this applies both to training and nutritional protocols. My opinion is that the method must change dependent on the goal and the trainee. Basically, whatever method I believe will help you get to where you want to be the fastest is the method I will use. It is the destination that is important, not sticking to your favourite route.

        I discovered very quickly that great results in health and fitness only happen when you adopt a lifestyle that promotes such results. For this reason, I am not of the opinion that my job starts and finishes when you walk through the gym doors. After all, the hard work that you perform in a training session can easily be undone by going home and eating the wrong things. Nutrition is a big focus of mine when working with all of my clients.

        Whatever your goal, it is my focus to get you there - the faster the better. This is how I work and these are the results I love to chase!
