Causality

        One of the most basic laws of the Universe is the law of Cause and Effect. The idea of reaping what you sow is not new, in fact, it is one of the oldest concepts one can imagine. The law is known as the "iron law" of human destiny, which reflects its impact on life and success. The Law of Causality has long been associated with progression in one's career but also has huge significance to our health. I am a huge believer in the Law of Causality and make every effort to apply it to my life.

        Every action or effect in life has a cause and in within our control. The cause may not be obvious or expected, but a cause always exists. The effect may be getting a promotion at work, dropping a dress size or even (unfortunately) contracting a medical condition. Each of these examples has a definite cause (or series of causes) and a reason for occurring. The law shows us a number of truths that are important to realise.

1. Every success we achieve in life has a cause - and can therefore be planned for.

2. Every failing we have in life has a cause - and can therefore be avoided or reversed.

3. Our social, professional, emotional and physical lives are all products of what we put in to them.

        If you put effort in to your physical life, you exercise well, you feed your body with quality nutrition and allow outlets for the stresses that enter your life you will enjoy the benefits that follow your effort. If you deny your body the support it needs, allowing little or no time to train it and feeding it poor nutrition you limit (or destroy) the benefits that may have presented.

        Luckily for us, we reap what we so. By investing in your health, you have a direct influence on the level of success you achieve with your fitness aspirations. Any problem or failing that occurs is also our responsibility to prevent or reverse, hopefully the former.

What you put in now, you will get out later.
