Everyone I train or consult with knows that I am nuts about fish oil... and for very good reason!
Fish oil, or more specifically Omega-3, is one of the most important nutrients you will ever take (next to D3). Its health benefits are shown time after time in research and considering the amount our ancestors used to consume through their diet, we are amazingly deficient in the stuff. This is, in large part, the responsibility of the commercial farming industry sacrificing quality for quantity in our food.
