Donna recently completed the BioSignature Modulation course with great success!
Donna and I have been training together for two years now, and met whilst she was trying to get back in shape after giving birth to her daughter. After training together for a while, Donna had already lost a good deal of body fat and was fast becoming stronger and fitter than she was pre-pregnancy. Then, upon my return from Sweden last year, she decided she would like to take the 12 week BioSignature Modulation course to fine-tune her physique.
One thing I like about working with Donna (apart from her ability to take my "locker-room banter") is that any good advice I give her she will follow. Being a working mother she doesn't have time to make it to the gym as often as she would like, but she commits time each week to train and always gives her best effort. Donna has done exceptionally well and shown dedication to the advice she was given. As a result, she has had significant body composition changes over the duration of the course. Her results are shown below...
Starting Stats
Height - 163 cm
Weight - 55.3kg
Body Fat - 22.0%
Total mm of fat measured - 134.6 mm
Finishing Stats
Height - 163 cm
Weight - 52.7kg
Body Fat - 15.3%
Total mm of fat measured - 86.6 mm
As well as losing fat mass, she also managed to gain over 2kgs of muscle mass over the 12 weeks. To put Donna's results in to context, the average female Olympic athlete is 13% body fat. Finishing at 15%, Donna is now considered very lean compared to the average female her age. She is now stronger, leaner and more comfortable with her weight than she has been in a long time, and deservedly so.
