I train a lot of female clients. Imagine what the most common body parts I am asked to "tone" are... That's right! There is a reason that ‘legs, bums and tums' classes were so popular in the 80s. Every woman wants long, lean legs and a firm set of glutes. After all, combine this with a flat stomach and you have the perfect beach body!
So, you have sought the help of a health professional, you have your nutritional program in place and are losing body fat. All you need now is to build a butt so firm you can bounce a 10p coin off it, and legs that Jennifer Anniston would be jealous of.
Here's a little workout to get you started...
| EXERCISE | SETS | REPS | TEMPO | REST |
| A1) Barbell Deadlift from step | 3 | 6 | 3010 | 10 |
| A2) Barbell Snatch Deadlift | 3 | 6 | 3010 | 10 |
| A3) Barbell Deadlift | 3 | 6 | 3010 | 150 |
| B1) Dumbell alternate Lunge walk | 4 | 10-12 | 2010 | 75 |
| B2) 45 degree Lower Back Extension | 4 | 10-12 | 3010 | 75 |
