Everybody knows the stereotype. "After Christmas I am going to really concentrate on getting in shape. I just want to get Christmas out of the way first..." Christmas then arrives and we indulge in far FAR too much festive food and add maybe 5-10 pounds to the bathroom scales (and not of solid muscle). January then comes around and we know it's time to get back down to the gym and carryout those promises we made to ourselves before the holidays. But how many people actually achieve their resolution/promises to themselves and get in great shape in the New Year? My guess is very few.
If you want to get in shape, I mean serious shape, you need to make now the time you begin. Unfortunately, a huge percentage of those that make promises to themselves to adopt a healthy lifestyle this year will fall short of their promise. Partly through lack of motivation and partly through lack of guidance many who embark on the road to improved health and fitness will not make it. But YOU can.
There is no reason that you can't achieve everything you want from your health and fitness this year. No reason at all. I would estimate that almost every single person I meet in consultations has the potential to look exactly how they have always wanted to look (and describe to me). They just need the right push in the right direction. This is a push that many will never have and desperately need. It is not easy but it is very much achievable.
I eat, sleep and breathe health and fitness. I do not know everything, but I am trying very hard to make it that way. There is nothing I want more than to help you achieve everything you want as fast and efficiently as possible and I believe I am the best person in Bedfordshire to help you do so. Do not spend this year the same way you did the last if looking and feeling better is something you really want. Make this year the year you get it. I can't wait to help!
