One to One Personal Training is the best way to workout. All of our trainers are extremely well versed in program design for a huge variety of goals; everything from rehabilitation post-surgery to the development of explosive strength in high performing athletes.

 
         
 
   
 

We regard ourselves as ‘no nonsense’ trainers. This does not mean we shout at you whilst you are going through your workout but we believe in making each training session as productive as possible. Mobile phones are not allowed and conversation is focused around the workout itself or going over details of the nutritional protocol on which you have been advised. We are result driven.

Our job is to get you to your target (and past it) as fast and efficiently as possible. This is the best way to keep you motivated and enjoying the process of becoming healthier and stronger.

Alex ChapleAlex Chaple - Founder

     I have been working in the fitness industry for several years and believe I am the very definition of being “result driven”. I have worked with a variety of clients from athletes in high performance attempting to knock seconds of race times to those enjoying their retirement, trying to stay strong and healthy.

I have trained athletes in swimming, rowing and cycling all to very high levels of competition. I live for new challenges and love nothing more than chasing ambitious goals with people who are willing to put in the work. Attending seminars around the world every year to improve my understanding of the human body I have always worked on the principal that my results speak for themselves.

Specialties include: Strength & Conditioning, Injury Rehabilitation and Nutrition.

 
     
 

Dominic ChapleDominic Chaple

     I am relatively new to the industry yet already set myself apart in both my knowledge of nutrition and passion for my work. Producing impressive results in fat loss I try hard to be the image of “practicing what you preach” maintaining less than 7% body fat year round and making sure I work harder than anyone else to become a great trainer!

I strongly believe that the results that you will get are directly proportional to the efforts you put into your training. This belief allows me to put people through their paces in my training regimes, pushing them to train harder than they ever knew they were capable of..

Specialties include: Body Re-Composition, Female Physique Development and Nutrition.

 
     

I have been working with Alex for almost a year now and I have reaped enormous benefits. From an unhealthy and unfit weight of 13.1 Stone I am now down to 10.10 stone. I have lost close to 3 stone and my energy and strength levels have drastically improved. In addition I have gained a lot of knowledge on exercise techniques, injury prevention and diet.
