In 2013 Men’s Health Magazine set a 12-week fat loss challenge to personal trainers throughout the UK.

A picture of a client was to be sent in holding a national newspaper, proving their starting condition, followed by a picture of the same client sent 12-weeks later holding the same proof of their progress. The results were:

Of more than 1000 personal trainers across the UK, Alex’s work with his client Adam was selected as demonstrating the most dramatic fat loss result and was awarded a double-page feature in the August issue!
