This recipe certainly doesn’t aim to reinvent the wheel! By adding a few super-foods to your morning oatmeal you increase the protein, fibre and taste. Literally the highest concentration of nutrition one bowl can hold!
- 50g Rolled Oats
- 50ml water & 50ml coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Add fruit to taste
This recipe is super tasty and so easy to make! I hope you enjoy it.
